I think it looks nice but it isn't really an exchange. One person doesn't give the other person the item. I would be careful of the first few poses as they are a little symmetrical. You might decide to give the blue guy a direction he is trying to lift the box to so that it he is leaning in that direction when he pulls.
i'll give you some latitude on this one. it's more of a weight exercise than a physical pass, but because both characters interact with an object it makes sense for the 'spirit' of the exercise.
one thing to keep in mind as far as pacing goes..the blue guy pops up at the same time as hogan lifts the prop...i would let one thing take precedence over the other, meaning tone down blue guys reaction until hogan starts walking away, then react. then you get this nice back and forth between the characters
