honestly...i think people get too hung up on choice of rig. What matters the most for an animation reel is the animation. Norman is a lot easier to mod than Moom. Moom is fine, but I'm just trying to raise the point that a smoothed rig won't by default up your chances. Presentation is really important, but what will usually grab them is the animation quality (if you're going for animation work.)
the reason I suggest referencing rigs, is so you can mod them out later on, no matter what the rig
I'm going to assemble a basic scene tonight with 2 characters and controls to switch a prop between the two of them.

What about Norman? is Norman more acceptable by companies?
