1. this camera is a little challenging, but you might move him closer to the camera so the footwork is less crucial 2. feet and pelvis...get the weight shifts working! look at just the pelvis and how it shifts weight. the feet often come up slowly and at the wrong time. If you look at your reference, look at how you maintain balance the whole time...you do a lot of hip swaying, in a way keeping the rhythm with the hips, and carrying the beat with your arms. 3. too many keys that don't have enough meaning..there are a LOT of keys in the spine that are adding a lot of jitter. There's a few ways to go with blocking...but most blocking has sparse keyframing and not a lot of offsetting of keys. This looks like parts are keyed at different times and you're losing the sense of the pose. I'd simplify the amount of keys you have and strengthen the holds..even if they're quick holds. 4. bolted foot syndrome. the body looks like he's shuffling from side to side, but the feet are pretty much locked in place. either move the feet more or move the character closer to the camera to avoid the locked foot syndrome. OR, don't move him off of his feet as much (side to side of the pelvis)
glad you put up the reference.
