parkour how to land


I put this up even though it's a highly controlled jump. A lot of students last night were missing the relation of pelvis to feet in a jump

sequence.
bear down into the push
push off, leaving at least 1 foot planted
accellerate into the jump
your feet catch up and anticipate the land, stretching out to grab it.
feet land, pelvis absorbs downwards, then rises back up to rest.
