Hey Nathan, Cool walk man. As far as the mechanics go I think you've pretty much got it down. There's just a little bit of drag on his forearm when he swings forward, which is good since he's an old man and he's pretty stiff. The only thing I think you might want to take a look at is the position of the head. To really get the old man feel I think his chin should be pointed more toward his chest, hanging, like he's having a real hard time holding it up.

@Jeff; What do you mean by acceleration/deceleration. I will probably have to find out in class. I tried to follow my old man reference pretty close when it comes to timing. The motion I saw was like a bouncing ball that hung a little in the air(probably because they needed the time to balance before taking their next step).
